MEET KATRINA MULCAHY

Katrina has had over 10 years experience working with some of Australia’s most elite athletes to help them plan, manage studies & achieve performance.

After helping dozens of athletes, school Year Groups & her own 2 boys navigate the rough waters of the HSC year she has decided to share this knowledge in an insightful 90 minute workshop. 

Her approach supports people in understanding themselves and their situation to determine the strategies they need to successfully achieve their goals.  Katrina works within a high performance and wellbeing framework and is known for her strategic, personalised and outcome focused approach.
